Please click the "DO WE DELIVER TO YOUR ADDRESS?" link at the top of this page to see if we deliver to your neighborhood.
Once you are logged in to your online account you can click on MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page. There you will see a drop-down menu and you will need to click on BILLING.
Your Current Balance is listed at the top of the screen (this is the balance for deliveries through today’s date). You also have the option to pay a different amount by selecting Other Payment.
Next you choose your payment method. If you already have a card on file then it will show in this page. Otherwise, you can enter either a Credit Card or Electronic Check information.
After you have entered your payment information there is a check box to with an option to Sign up for Automatic Payments if you would like to.
Once all payment information has been entered you can simply click on the Make Payment button and your payment will be processed.
You can also view itemized billing for individual orders on this page.
If you need to reset your password please click on “Forgot your password” and an email will be sent to complete the reset.
For each product that you would like to order you have the option to change the quantity that you need or the frequency that you need for that item. You can change
the frequency by using the drop down and selecting: Every Week, Every Other Week, Once A Month, This Week, Next Week, or a Specific Date.
After you have selected the correct quantity and frequency click on + ADD TO DELIVERY. This will place the item into your cart.
You can view your cart at anytime by clicking MY DELIVERY or by clicking on the picture of the cart. ALL CHANGES FOR YOUR NEXT DELIVERY MUST BE MADE BY 7PM THE NIGHT BEFORE FOR SCHEDULED DELIVERY.
You can also contact Customer Service at 303-777-3055 M-F 6:30am-6:30pm, Saturday 9:30am-5pm to make changes to your order.
If you would like to receive an email reminding you to update your order, go to My Account and Preferences. Under Notification Preferences choose how many days in advance you would like your reminder email.
If you would like to receive text messages about your service, go to My Account and Preferences. Under the section Additional Fields click the box that says “Please send me SMS notifications (text messages).”
- Click your cart to view your upcoming deliveries.
- Go to the week that you would like to skip your delivery.
- Under the list of products that are scheduled click the Skip Delivery button.
- Your delivery will now be skipped for that week
To add items to your recurring order:
- When adding product to cart choose the frequency that you would like your product to be delivered.
- Add item to cart
- That product has now been added to your recurring order at that frequency
To remove items from your recurring order:
- Go to My Delivery
- On the left hand column choose the tab Recurring Items
- Choose item that you would like to adjust the frequency of, quantity, or delete from your order.
- Click Update Order to save changes.
- Go to My Delivery
- On the left hand column choose the tab Delivery Hold
- Choose the dates that you would like to start and stop your vacation hold.
- Click Add Vacation
iOS:
- Open royalcrestdairy.com using Safari on your phone
- Tap the share icon at the bottom of the browser
- From the list of options choose Add to Home Screen
- Once the logo for your app and name pre-populate, click add. There will now be a Royal Crest Dairy app on your home screen.
Android:
- Open royalcrestdairy.com using Chrome for Android
- Tap the menu button and tap Add to homescreen
- Enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen
